I. Trump gradually switched to strength training and never expected such results
Ivanka, the glamorous daughter of Donald Trump, who is running for the US presidency, has revealed to the internet the secrets of her body care routine that has helped her achieve the lines of her dreams.
The 43-year-old, who successfully combines motherhood and running a business, recently shared five exercises and other information about her wellness journey on her Instagram account, highlighting her transition to weight training.
"Like many women, I used to focus on cardio, yoga and pilates," Ms Trump wrote.
The daughter of a famous US politician also added that since moving to Miami, she has focused on weightlifting and strength training, which helped Mrs Trump to build a shapely muscular mass[1].
Now, Ms Trump has indicated that she devotes three to four days a week specifically to strength training, either on her own or with a trainer.
Her strength training method focuses on "basic, time-tested and simple movements", including traditional squats, lunges, push-ups and pull-ups.
Nutrition always goes hand in hand with fitness: protein intake had to be significantly increased
Nutrition is also a key factor, in addition to strength training, which has been progressively increased as the weights have increased[2].
"It was also new to me, but very important for my progress, that I had to increase my protein intake in my diet significantly," Ivanka wrote, indicating that she now consumes around 30-50 grams of protein per day.
When not at the gym, Mrs Trump said she does yoga weekly and outdoor activities with her children, including surfing, swimming, hiking, walking and golf.
She also does short, high-intensity interval training sessions every week to improve her cardiovascular health.
Regis Pagett, founder, and owner of R Personal Fitness in New York, commented on I. Trump's fitness approach, and although he does not participate in Ms. Trump's fitness program, he appreciated her announcement.
According to him, the "secret recipe" that everyone is looking for is resistance training, because that is the best way to lose weight and strengthen the body.
When training women over 50, Pagett said he focuses on repetitive compound movements with low weights, such as TRX straps, using only body weight and repeating the exercise about 15 times.
Amid Trump's fierce presidential campaign, M. Trump has remained remarkably calm
But it is not only her extremely youthful appearance that is surprising but also the calmness she radiates from within in the midst of the recent intense election campaign in the States, in which her father, Mr. Trump, has been at the center.
Just a few days before the 2024 presidential elections, Mrs Trump was calmly uploading photos from her personal life and, ahead of her birthday on 30 October, she also published a list of life lessons she had learned[3].
Among the most important lessons she listed were "Family and friends are everything", "forgiving people" and "everyone is a teacher".
The businesswoman was happy to share stories on her Instagram account featuring flowers, a guitar and even horses - no hint of her father's intense struggle for the US presidency.
The posts came at a time when President Trump's former niece, Lara Trump, joined Trump on Monday afternoon for a rally he was organizing in the undecided states of Reading and Pennsylvania.
Trump's sons Eric and Don Jr. were also present.
Mrs Trump, who is involved in an active presidential campaign, also attended the opening of Trump's rally with a group of women, including "Dance Moms" star Kira Girard, and told the crowd that Trump was leading "the greatest comeback ever".
His other daughter, Tiffany Trump, also publicly spoke out in favour of her father's victory in the election, sharing a video in support of him on the X platform on Monday.
"A few points to reiterate going into the voting booth: 1. Project 2025 is NOT my father's plan," she wrote.
He has not read it and does not support it. 2. My father will NOT support a national abortion ban. 3. My father is very supportive of assisted reproduction and wants to make it available to all who need it. Get out and vote!" - she urged in her message.
I. Trump actively "warmed" many important chairs during his father's presidency
The same Mrs Trump was a hair's breadth away in 2019 from the highly responsible position of President of the World Bank, to which her father, Mr Trump, wanted to appoint her, despite her daughter's minimal financial experience. However, the politician eventually changed his mind and appointed David Malpass, who has more experience, to the post.
During his presidency, Mr Trump has repeatedly demonstrated his confidence in Mrs Trump, sitting in the US presidential chair at the first G-20 meeting in Hamburg, Germany, posing between British Prime Minister Theresa May and Chinese President Xi Jinping, and many other important chairs.
