It's not yet clear how much Musk will pay to stay in the condo
Elon Musk, one of today's leading entrepreneurs, inventors and innovators, is reportedly staying in a Mar-a-Lago cottage rented by President-elect Donald Trump after the US presidential election. Mar-a-Lago is a famous real estate complex in Palm Beach, Florida, owned by Mr Trump. The property is considered to be one of the most luxurious residences in the United States and has historical and political significance.
Musk spends most of his time on the grounds of the Florida estate. It is noted that the cost of a night's stay in the mansion is around two thousand dollars per night. However, it is unclear how much Musk will pay to stay there[1].
E. Musk actively supported Trump in the US presidential election
Musk is known to have played several roles in Trump's election campaign[2].
It is still not uncommon to consider that one of today's leading entrepreneurs, inventors and innovators was Trump's most important supporter, most influential social media advocate and key advisor on policy and personnel issues. The inventor even used his social media platform "X" (formerly Twitter) to amplify Trump's campaign messages and promote his support. In addition, Musk has been an active financial supporter of Trump's campaign, contributing more than €110 million. He has contributed over USD 110 million in personal funds to the Trump campaign. In fact, some reports suggest that the final donation was even double that amount.
After Trump's election victory, he quickly appointed Musk to head the newly created Department of Government Efficiency, which aims to transform the federal government's operations by reducing bureaucracy and over-regulation.
