Lily Phillips is about to break Lisa Sparks' world record of sleeping with 1000 men in a day

World record-breaking often generates a lot of interest, but some attempts to achieve extreme goals raise serious health and ethical questions. One such case is the plans of British OnlyFans and porn star Lily Phillips to set a world record, which she hopes will be achieved in early 2025.

Her goal is to have sex with 1000 men in 24 hours. This should be the biggest sexual challenge in history, and one that no other woman has yet achieved.

This idea, although it sounds really shocking, is not entirely new. The previous record was set by adult film star Lisa Sparks, who slept with 919 men in one day in Poland in 2004[1].

At the time, Ms Sparks admitted that, although it was a memorable event, she suffered from severe body pain and physical exhaustion. However, despite these experiences as a porn star, Lily Phillips decided to take on the extreme challenge of improving her current record.

She even announced that she had been "training" for several months now, so that when the time comes, she could definitely break the record of 1000 men. Phillips says her physical preparation includes sex sessions with an increasing number of men, and she is supported by a personal assistant who helps coordinate timing and other aspects. "As well as having a plan in place, the OnlyFans star hires security to ensure safety and order.

Medical experts warn that such sex records can be dangerous

While Lily Phillips continues to pursue her goal, many health experts, including Dr Zac Turner from Sydney, have expressed serious concerns about the negative health consequences she may face. Zac Turner, who specializes in preventive health care, explains that the act of sex, while it can be good for the body when done in moderation, becomes dangerous when it goes to the extreme.

"Sex is essentially a physically demanding activity involving various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins. In moderation, it can be a healthy workout, helping to reduce stress and enhance cardiovascular health and emotional connection. But when it goes to extremes, such as a 24-hour sexual marathon, the physical and physiological consequences can be serious," says the doctor.

Typically, repetitive, overly extreme sexual activity can lead to bruising, lacerations, general pain and even exhaustion. Turner stresses that it is like a marathon where the participant has not prepared in advance and the consequences are almost guaranteed - injuries, dehydration and fatigue. Lisa Sparks, the current record holder, also admitted that it took her a week to recover from pain and exhaustion after her record[2].

In addition to the physical dangers, the doctor also points out the psychological effects that can occur after such an extreme challenge. He stresses that while sex acts can be pleasurable and create an emotional bond, the extreme situation in which a person has to undergo intense sexual activity can lead not only to physical fatigue but also to psychological exhaustion.

"Such extreme measures raise questions about intention, emotional well-being and possible abuse," the doctor added. Social media, which often boosts the popularity of shocking activities, often prioritizes shock and sensationalism over the real pursuit of health or personal development.

Many people criticise social media stars who try to set sexual records

Some social media users have questioned the ethical basis of such events. Although Phillips and other participants consider this activity their choice, many have criticized the idea, pointing out that such campaigns, which focus on shock and sensationalism, can harm society and human dignity. Some internet users even argue that this culture can promote distorted views on sexuality and relationships.

Although Ms Phillips has attracted much interest by recruiting men to participate in her plan, the initiative has also been met with huge opposition and negative comments. People have even noticed that many sexual content creators have started to do similar extreme challenges[3].

Sex-related records have certainly been getting weirder and more extreme lately. For example, we have already written about Annie Knight, an Australian woman who managed to sleep with 300 men in a year. The sex worker claims to earn more than €1.85 million a year from her activities.
