The French First Lady denies rumors that she is transgender

France's westernized President Emmanuel Macron has denied rumors that his spouse, 70-year-old Brigitte Macron, whom he married in 2007, was born male and only later became a woman.

Macron called such claims "false and fanciful." This talk seems to have really thrown the French leader for a loop.

"The worst thing is that false information and fictitious scenarios are being put forward," said Macron. People end up believing them and disturbing you, even your right to intimacy[1].

The President was speaking on 8 March, International Women's Day, after the French Constitution was amended to guarantee a woman's right to abortion.

B. Macron stressed that such online talk about being transgender only shows that women have to put up with it every day.

Transgenderism was "outed" by a clairvoyant for Macron

Last year, two women of the fairer sex - Amandine Roy, a clairvoyant, and Natacha Rey, a freelance journalist - were fined symbolically for suggesting that Macron's wife might have had a gender reassignment in the past. In 2021, they both made a four-hour video on the popular YouTube channel claiming that Brigitte was actually a boy called Jean-Michel Trogneux.

The women were fined for defamation, initially £1 700 each. However, after appeals, Ms Roy, who claimed to be an interpreter, eventually received £850 and Rey had £1,300 of her £1,700 fine suspended until she was left with £400.

Still a minor E. Macron was charmed by her while she was married with three children

The Macrons' marriage is not the strangest thing about their current age difference (Mrs Macron is 25 years older). What is even stranger is how the couple's acquaintance began.

It turns out that B. Macron was a teacher of the current French leader. Imagine a 15-year-old boy falling in love with his 40-year-old married teacher with three children.

Mrs. Macron ran an after-school drama program at the secondary school in the small town of Amiens, which Mr. Macron also attended[2].

Embarrassing as it may be, the sparks between teacher and pupil were instantly ignited, and the Macrons can boast of having experienced "love at first sight" (only for Macron, it was her second sight). E. Macron fell in love with her quite quickly, and Brigitte herself is said to have been impressed by the intelligence of the then-teenager boy.

Eventually, they became close, and when his parents found out, they sent him to finish his schooling in Paris, hoping he would forget Brigitte. Instead, he promised that one day he would marry her. Although most star-crossed love stories would end there, Emmanuel kept his promise and the couple married in 2007 at 29.

The handsome Macron turns out to be a grandfather as well as a "daddy", as Brigitte already has seven grandchildren.
